The DSBN is committed to providing services, employment, learning and working environments that adhere to Indigenous rights, human rights, and equity. It is a system priority to foster spaces that are accessible, welcoming, safe, inclusive, equitable, and free from all forms of discrimination. The continual improvement of accessibility in all DSBN spaces and the ongoing removal of barriers in order to provide greater equity for all in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act is paramount.
