Criteria
- must be graduating from a School in the former Lincoln County Board of Education
- resident of the former Lincoln County Board of Education boundaries
- minimum of 480 marks in best 6 University preparation courses in a maximum of 5 years University
- minimum of 480 marks in best 6 senior division credits in a maximum of 5 years - one credit must be English - for College
- show proof of acceptance to a university or college
- show need for financial assistance

- Declaration of Financial Need, completed by a Parent/Guardian
- Credit counselling summary or transcript
- Copy of acceptance to a post-secondary institute
- Recipients must re-apply annually by mid-June
