Technology and Experiential Learning

Technology and Experiential Learning at the District School Board of Niagara seeks to provide students with the best in technological education, experiential learning and programs that allow students to develop the skills they need to build a bright future.

DSBN secondary schools offer a wide range of both broad-based and focus technology courses. We are proud of our community partnerships that provide students with valuable cooperative education placements.

Many of our students, who are participating in cooperative education in one of 150 trade areas, are signed to an apprenticeship with the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program. Specialist High Skills Major Programs are offered in 16 areas from Manufacturing and Hospitality to Business and Environment. Technological Skills Challenges, Robotics programs provide opportunities for students to expand their skills and make connections to the world outside of school. We encourage you to explore all that DSBN Technology and Experiential Learning has to offer.
