September to June (school year):
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (except statutory holidays)

July and August (summer break):
Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed Fridays and statutory holidays)

Please note that the DSBN Education Centre and Record Centre offices will be closed the last two weeks of July for the annual summer shutdown.

Any record requests received during the summer shutdown, will be addressed upon staff's return. Responses may take longer than normal depending on the volume of requests received.
