Inclusion, Diversity, Equity Alliance of Students (IDEAS) is a group of passionate and thoughtful student leaders who want to make DSBN schools more welcoming and inclusive for everyone. They believe in justice, equity, and human rights and are committed to addressing racism, discrimination and exclusion.
Through collaboration, creativity, and a shared desire to make a difference, IDEAS members bring fresh perspectives and meaningful change to their schools. They lead with compassion and purpose, helping to create spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
