If you wish to request to delegate at an upcoming Board meeting, please submit your request in writing to the Secretary of the Board, c/o Karen Bellamy, Executive Assistant, at
karen.bellamy@dsbn.org,
on or before 12:00 noon, five (5) business days prior to the meeting you wish to attend.
Please include the purpose of your delegation and the name of the designated spokesperson.
Presentations by delegations are normally limited to five (5) minutes.
A written copy of the presentation must be submitted to the CEO's Office by 12:00 noon two (2) business days prior to the Board meeting. Failure to meet this deadline would result in not speaking at that Board meeting.
Please note that regular Board meetings begin at 6:00 p.m.
