Community Education at the DSBN supports learning opportunities for both adults and children through a variety of programs.
- Adult ESL: For newcomers to Canada aged 19+, this program helps build English language skills for everyday life, employment, and further education.
- Adult Literacy & Basic Skills: A supportive learning environment for adults 18+ to strengthen reading, writing, math, and digital skills—ideal for preparing for employment, training, or high school credit programs.
- International Languages Elementary Program: Open to students from ELKP to Grade 8, this non-credit program offers the chance to learn a new language through engaging classes that take place outside of the regular school day.
