Here's some helpful information below to get your child's school year off to a great start!

Start Registration Now
Are you new or returning to Niagara and looking to register? If your answer is, “YES, please!”, then please click this link to begin. We encourage you to begin the registration process before the first day of the school. Tip: make sure to have ID to verify your child's birthdate (i.e., child's birth certificate, birth registration or baptismal certificate) and home address (i.e., recent utility bill like hydro, water, etc.).

Finding Your Child's Home School: If you’re not sure what your child’s home school is, we’ve got you covered. Visit our Home School Finder to enter your address and the finder will do the rest.
Moving within Niagara and Need to Change Schools? If you are already in the DSBN family, and you are moving and need to change schools, please do not use the registration link above. If you need to change your address, please contact your current school when offices open on Monday, August 25, and they will support you.

Transportation
NSTS has updated the Parent Portal to provide a more secure, accurate, and user-friendly experience. You can now log in to view preliminary transportation details for the 2025-2026 school year, including:
- School and grade
- Home and pick-up/drop-off addresses (if applicable)
- Option to Opt-in or Opt-out of transportation
Final transportation details will be available on Thursday, August 28, 2025
Staff at NSTS also understand you may want to contact them so here are a few suggestions:
- Sign-in to the NSTS parent portal and view the transportation arrangements made for your child(ren) is a great way to start
- Send an email to general@nsts.ca – a convenient way to contact them and reduces playing phone tag.
