DSBN Parental Agreement for Daily New Screening
Everyone has a role to play in keeping families safe and reduce the spread of COVID-19. It is the responsibility of parents and caregivers to assess their children daily before sending them to school. Additionally, parents must have a person available to pick up their child right away, should they become sick during school. Please read the following guidelines, then sign the agreement. Please give a signed copy to your child’s school.
Please continue to check the Niagara Student Transportation Service (NSTS) to verify your child’s transportation. We also encourage you to visit the website for the most recent updates from NSTS.
If you haven’t already done so, please download the BusPlanner Delay app for easy access to your child’s transportation updates. Download the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store!

Ministry of Education COVID-19 Plan for Schools
The health and safety of your child is important to us, which is why we are pleased that the Ministry of Education and Public Health Ontario have released their COVID-19 Management Plan for Schools.
This plan will help us ensure that we are doing the utmost in DSBN schools to keep students and staff safe, and that we are following consistent protocols when dealing with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our schools. We will be studying this document, and adding the mandated protocols to our existing school reopening plans.
