What Does This Program Offer?

The Night School Program allows students to complete credit courses towards their diploma during the evening hours. The program has “Hybrid” Courses - they take place online and in-person. Students can choose from courses in English, Mathematics & Sciences at University, College and Open levels.

When Does It Start?

The upcoming term begins on February 18th, 2020.
Classes take place Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.

How Do I Register?

Day School Students: Students should complete the Night School Day Student Application (one for each course request) and then register with their day school Guidance department. All registration forms must be received before the beginning of Night School.

Adult Students: Online Registration is ONLY available to Adult students. Night School Adult Student Application can be emailed to NightSchool@dsbn.org or mailed/brought to Room 101 at the Lifetime Learning Centre, 535 Lake St., St. Catharines, ON L2N 2H7 Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE:  YOU ARE CONSIDERED AN ADULT STUDENT AT NIGHT SCHOOL IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY NOT REGISTERED IN A SECONDARY DAY SCHOOL PROGRAM.

Adult Walk-in Registration & Counselling is available to discuss requirements for the Ontario Secondary School Diploma.  In-person registration will be on the Tuesday before the first week of class from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at St. Catharines Collegiate.  Please bring your transcript or credit counselling summary.

Late registration will be accepted at St. Catharines Collegiate starting at 6:00 p.m. on the first night of the program. For BTA3O - late registration will be accepted at Lifetime Learning Centre.

Cost:

There is no fee to take Night School credit courses. There may be a textbook deposit, payable in CASH when a textbook is issued, that is refunded by cheque within 30 days of the course ending.
