FAQ
What does it means to be a PSW?
The Records and Archives Services page has been created to assist requesters on the process to follow in accessing a variety of documents. These requests can be made by current students, students who have been out of school for LESS THAN FIVE YEARS, and for INACTIVE students that have been out of school for FIVE YEARS OR MORE.
I misplaced my certificate. How can I receive a new one? or my Transcript?
As of September 2021, we will no longer be re-issuing PSW certificates. You can request a copy of your transcript from Transcript Services if you attended more than 5 years ago. If you have attended in the last 5 years, please call 905-646-3737. Transcripts come at a cost of $20.00.
