To apply to DSBN Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Alliance for Students (IDEAS), please submit your application through this google form.

Be creative! Your proposal can be any format -- video, audio, TikTok, slideshow -- and should be reflective of you. Here is what we want to know about you:
• Tell us about yourself and how you identify.
• Why are you interested in serving on this Committee?
• What are the specific areas of equity and inclusion you are passionate about?

Students will complete the personal information part on the application form and then email the media portion to equity@dsbn.org

Email your request to equity@dsbn.org and one of the Equity team members will reach out to you to arrange support for your request.

Of course. If you are passionate about equity, inclusion and anti-racism and are willing to do the work to create change in your school, then this is the committee for you.

No, we want the DSBN Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Alliance for Students (IDEAS) to represent all identities in the DSBN.

This will depend on the number of applicants we receive

Students selected to be a part of DSBN IDEAS will be committed for two years and have the option to remain on until they graduate from high school.

Students who applied and have been selected will receive an email notifying them they have been selected once all applications have been reviewed. This will depend on the number of applications received.
